Why do I love crystal skulls so much? I love any archaeological artifacts the Mother Earth shares/entrusts us with.
When a skull is discovered, I feel humanity is discovering an essence of itself. It is as if Mother Earth says, "Ok,
you are ready to look closer at yourself through this artifact." I love the mystery around crystal skulls because they
are aligned to a curiosity and mystery around ourselves. Some unknown technology was used to make crystal
skulls. I love crystal skulls because they are wonderful companions in spiritual practices of healing and meditating
- activities we can incorporate in our lives to support our close, intimate relationship with God on a daily basis. I
truly believe crystal skulls are blessings from God.

When we learn more about skulls, we are putting on our own "skullcaps" and expanding ourselves with
spirituality, knowledge, understanding, light and love.
Sometimes when people see a skull, they think immediately of a symbol of death or a reminder of our own
immortality. A skull may also bring to mind pirates, cross bones, and a skull image on a flag flying high on a
pirate's ship. I had this connection, too, in the beginning and then the angels whispered: go deeper. So I honor
all those thoughts that come rush to your minds when we see a skull, and additionally I am inspired to look for
deeper symbolism.
In alchemy the skull is a symbol for the receptacle or vessel used in the process of transmutation. What are we
transmuting when we look at a skull? In Hebrew there is a word that translates to God dwells in us. The word is
Shekinah. Shekinah is a entry point into an invisible realm or plane. The angels inspired me to add skull in the
center of this word to create: She-Skull-kinah. Through putting on our skullcaps and thinking uplifting thoughts
we are expanding our consciousness of God dwelling in each of us; we align ourselves with energies and
consciousness that support making invisible parts of ourselves visible and help us think of ourselves as God
thoughts. I love Albert Einstein's quote: "I want to know God's thoughts; everything else is detail."

activities which in this day and age we would pursue as non-abundant behavior and not civilized as all; i.e.
activities of having heads/skulls as trophies. However, the reasoning behind skulls as trophies was that the skull
was viewed as containing immortal divine inspiration. The recipient of the skull would receive the abilities and life
essence and protection power of the individual who had ceased to be living. Skulls were seen as soul protectors.

and strongest of the body's bones. Femurs contain the most marrow. Marrow in adults produces new blood cells.
In modern times the skull and crossbones is a symbol of warning of danger; however it originated as a symbol of
life.
The Greeks believed the head contained "psyche" a powerful life energy that was found in both the head or skull
and also in the thigh bones pr femurs. The skull and cross bones were symbolic of the living essence continuing of
the deceased individual. Interestingly, the Greek would make "bone fires" a term which has evolved into bonfires in
modern day. The Greeks would burn femurs to honor the deities they worshipped at their bone fires.
